切片机工作时出现的飞片现象的原因分析

对主轴和刀环进行维修和调整时,切片机如果在切片后期的出现晶片崩边现象,这种情况很有可能是由于圆形刀片的因素引起的,通过上面的分析我们可知在切片时因为圆形刀片刀片的振动和内在摩擦力的存在从而引起晶片的振动,导致崩边现象的产生。这时可以采用重新张刀的方法,调整刀片刃口的同轴度,或者采用修刀的方法进而排除晶片崩边现象的发生。

从上面的分析可知,分条机刀片的刀片与晶片之间有切削液,刀片对晶片有摩擦力的作用,摩擦力的大小与切割面积和切削液流量成正比,所以采用减小切削液流量的办法可以有用解决飞片现象。

从实际操纵中我们发现,当切割晶片的出刀口处有切削液滴下时,也会很轻易泛起飞片的现象,这是因为切削液流量过大,而使摩擦力增大,造成飞片的现象。因此,切削液流量不宜过大,能够知足切割时刃口处的冷却和润滑的流量即可。
