使用操作，切辣椒安装竖刀（参见图）：先转动辣椒切割机可调偏心轮，是刀架行下死点后，再使刀架向上抬起1-2毫米，使竖刀与输送带接触后，紧固螺母把竖刀禁固在刀架上，（泡椒鱼头切辣椒机注：刀架抬起全自动切辣椒机高度可根据所切辣椒自行掌握。如果刀架抬起高度小，小型切辣椒机辣椒可能连刀，如果刀架抬起过大，有可能切断输送带）。
