1.调换不同的刀 具可把瓜薯类蔬菜切成片，丝，丁，曲线，菱形。

使用操作
Operation
1.工作前先试切，观察所切蔬菜规格与要求规格是否一致,否则应调节切片厚度或切菜长度，符合要求后进行正常工作。
1. Try to cut the vegetables before work, and observe whether the specifications of the vegetables are consistent with the requirements. Otherwise, adjust the slice thickness or cutting length, and work normally after meeting the requirements.
2.安装竖刀2.1智能切菜机安装竖刀：把竖刀放在定刀板上，刃口与定刀板下端平行接触，定刀板销在刀架上，紧固切刀螺母，拆下定刀板即可。
2. 3其他切菜机安装竖刀：先转动可调偏心轮，使刀架行下死点后，再使刀架向上抬起1/2毫米，使竖刀与输送带接触后，紧固螺母把竖刀紧固在刀架上。说明：高架抬起高度可根据所切蔬菜自行掌握。如果高架抬起高度小，蔬菜有可能连刀，如果高架抬起高度过大，有可能切坏输送带。

4切菜长度调整：观察控制面板上显示的长度数值与要求长度是否相符，增加长度时按增长按钮，减小长度时按减小按钮。其他切菜机调整：转动可调偏心轮，松开连杆紧固螺钉，切细丝可移动支点，由外向里；切粗丝时可移动支点，由里向外，调好后紧固调整螺钉
