一、操作规程：

1、 使用前，擦拭机器，面对切片机，先将载物台移更右边，漏出加油口，向其中加5滴油，多次横向载物台，使润滑油均匀分布。

2、 调节切割厚度，先将厚度调更大，再调需要厚度；调好后将夹具打开，放入物料，夹实，并落下重锤。

3、 开机检查：检查刀片上是否有异物，检查刀具护板是否盖实，检查磨刀砂轮是否远离刀片。

4、 检查无误后，接通电源，打开开关，让其自动运转，操作员不能远离设备，以防发生意外。

5、 结束后，先关闭开关，断电，取下废料及半成品，打开刀具护板，将刀片及载物台清理干净（小心刀片锋利）。

二、注意事项

1、对手轮进行转动，将标本夹直接升到更高的位置，并转动手轮将手柄停止转动，同时将标本夹和手轮都进行锁定。
