切丝切片机的维护措施：

1、在操作前，将设备放置在水平的地面，确保机器放置的平稳可靠；确定设备的插头接触良好，无松动，无水迹；

2、要检查旋转料筒内或输送带上是否有异物，如果有异物一定要清理干净，以免引起刀具的损坏；

3、操作、调整根据所需加工的菜类而选择切割模式，离心切片机可用于瓜薯类硬菜的切片，竖刀部分可以将叶类软菜或切好的片加工成不同规格的块、丁以及菱形等各种的形状；

4、安装竖刀，要先转动可调偏心轮，使刀架行下死点后，再使刀架向上抬起1-2毫米左右，使竖刀和输送带接触后，紧固螺母把竖刀紧固在刀架上。而如果刀架的抬起高度小，蔬菜有可能会连刀，而如果刀架抬起的高度过大，则有可能会切坏输送带。
4. When installing the vertical knife, first rotate the adjustable eccentric to make the knife rest travel to the bottom dead center, and then lift the knife rest upward by about 1-2mm. After making the vertical knife contact with the conveyor belt, fasten the nut to fasten the vertical knife on the knife rest. If the lifting height of the knife rest is small, the vegetables may be connected with the knife, while if the lifting height of the knife rest is too high, the conveyor belt may be damaged.
