When the slicer is in use, if a sudden failure will stop the whole production line, we must ensure that the failure is detected and repaired in a fast time. What should we do?
Precision adjustment of die cutting machine
The front gauge accuracy of sheet fed automatic slicer is the key parameter to ensure the positioning accuracy of the front gauge. The adjustment of the front gauge accuracy involves many factors. Some operators often only use the front gauge inspection system, which is unscientific.
Although the front gauge inspection system can avoid the paper skew caused by the paper slicer not in place and the unreliable paper holding of the tooth row, if you want to really adjust the front gauge accuracy through the system, you must adjust the probe diameter from about 1mm to the alarm accuracy of about 0.1mm. The facts show that this can not be achieved. Therefore, the paper pressing wheel, paper feeding time, side gauge tension and other factors should be comprehensively considered to adjust the accuracy of the front gauge to a good state.
Paper output detection of pressing part
For the sheet fed automatic slicer, the paper output detection of the pressing part is very important. Some operators sometimes turn off the detection function of the slicer, which is extremely dangerous. If the paper input detection of the pressing part is normal and the paper output detection is turned off, once the paper jam occurs in the pressing part, several layers of paper will be superimposed instantaneously, which will inevitably cause a stuffy accident and cause great damage to the equipment, And the accident is very difficult to deal with.
There are many reasons for the poor paper feeding of the slicer, mainly due to paper deformation, too smooth surface of printed matter or other mechanical faults.
(1) The paper feeding is not smooth due to paper deformation
As the die-cutting and die-cutting machine of the slicer is a process at the end of the whole printing process, the paper is easy to deform after several processes, especially after high temperature and high pressure glazing, the paper deformation after coating is more serious. At this time, Feida often can't send paper conveniently.
(2) The paper feeding is not smooth due to the too smooth surface of the printed matter
Because the surface of the product after polishing and coating is too smooth, it will also cause some difficulties in paper feeding. For the above two cases, experienced operators will make preliminary preparations before loading.
