1、机器运转出现疲劳、无力状况。原因在于油封老化或者溢流阀失灵、电压不足等，可以通过更换油封，清洗更溢流阀或者加大电压等方法排除故障。
1. The machine is running in a state of fatigue and weakness. The reason is that the oil seal is aging, or the overflow valve is out of order, or the voltage is insufficient. You can remove the fault by replacing the oil seal, cleaning the overflow valve or increasing the voltage.
2、出现中轴漏油现象。这个时候一般是油封破损或者小法兰螺丝不够紧造成的。具体办法可以通过更换中轴油封，并锁紧小法兰螺丝来排除，达到节约资源的效果。 3、机器在运转时发出响声。判断机器故障很多时候就是通过机器声音来辨别，这种情况下是因为油管老化或者油管破裂进入空气甚堵塞油管。简单的处理方法就是进行油管清理或更换。
2. There is oil leakage from the central shaft. At this time, the oil seal is generally damaged or the small flange screw is not tight enough. The specific solution can be eliminated by replacing the middle shaft oil seal and locking the small flange screws, so as to achieve the effect of saving resources. 3. The machine makes a noise when it is running. To judge the fault of the machine is to distinguish it by the sound of the machine. In this case, it is because the oil pipe is aging or the oil pipe breaks into the air or even blocks the oil pipe. The simple treatment is to clean or replace the oil pipe.
4、操作失灵难以控制。这个时候可以检查开关是否损坏或者接触是否牢靠。如果有就需要更换行程和控制开关。

5、电机不转故障。出现电机不运转就说明电机可能烧坏了，或者扣制开关损坏导致接触不良，一般的办法是更换相应设备，从而进行维修。

6、发现机器发热，出现大平率振动现象。这就提醒操作人员需要注意机器保养了，适当休息有助于机器使用寿命的提高。此外还可以检查是否液压油变质，还可以安装冷却器来排除故障。
