1、要打开电源指示灯下方的开关。
1. First, turn on the switch under the power indicator.
2、由于只有把气缸护罩和前门关好机器才可以正常发动，所以我们在使用之前需进行检查。

3、按下发动按钮，切割滚筒开端旋转并接通一切电器和气动控制。
3. Press the start button, rotate the cutting drum and connect all electrical appliances and pneumatic control.
4、将把需求加工的冻肉平整面向下放进料道内，然后按下进料按钮，推料器开端推着肉块向前移动，一起进行切割。
4. The frozen meat to be processed will be leveled to the lower feeding channel, then press the feeding button, and the pusher will push the meat pieces forward to cut together.
5、根据自身条件调整计时器，推料器可自动推料及退回。

6、推料器的速度可用坐落机器后部的节流阀2调整，但是进给的速度不能过快。

7、要彻底中止机器可按下中止按钮，机器将彻底中止。机器中止后不要立即打开顶盖及前门，应等切割滚筒彻底中止后才能打开。
7. To stop the machine completely, press the stop button, and the machine will stop completely. Do not open the top cover and front door immediately after the machine stops, but wait for the cutting drum to stop completely before opening.
8、使用前，先查看机器各部分有无缺损，然后把冻肉绞肉机清洗干净。

9、接通电源，若电源灯亮，则说明接线正确，注意接地。

10、开启机器，将切割成小块的冻肉放入冻肉绞肉机的料箱内，冻肉块由送料绞龙送绞刀处绞切，当肉颗粒小于孔板的孔径时，即可从孔板处出料。
10. Open the machine and put the frozen meat cut into small pieces into the bin of the frozen meat grinder. The frozen meat pieces are sent to the grinder by the feeding winch. When the meat particles are smaller than the aperture of the orifice plate, they can be discharged from the orifice plate.
11、严禁将带有骨头或其他杂物的肉块放入冻肉绞肉机内，以防损坏设备；不能将手伸进冻肉绞肉机中，以防发生意外。
11. It is strictly forbidden to put pieces of meat with bones or other debris into the frozen meat grinder in order to prevent damage to the equipment. Hands should not be put into the frozen meat grinder in order to prevent accidents.
12、使用后应彻底清洗冻肉绞肉机的各个部件。
