切丁切块机主要适用于脱水蔬菜、速冻蔬菜加工厂及食品酱菜行业加工各种根、茎类蔬菜成正方体及长方体形状。肉类切丁机主要有底座、壳体、拨盘、立刀、丝刀体、横切断刀体，传动系统和电器控制系统组成。切丁机可以分为一次性切成丁的切鱼肉丁机、一次性成丝的肉丝肉片机、切软骨的鸡鸭带骨切丁机、熟肉切片机。

(1)切丁机，应将被切物料洗净去杂，如果被切物料混有沙石与泥块，刀刃口与刀板容易损坏和磨钝。物料切割直径应不超过100mm，如果大于此直径须分块。
